How do we pay?
Mobile money, bank transfer or card — and when the invoice arrives.
We invoice your school; we do not take a card and charge it. The invoice arrives about two weeks before your free term ends, so you have time to look at it and decide before anything is due.
Payment is by mobile money, bank transfer, or card. Which of those are available depends on your country.
Nothing stops working the day an invoice is issued. Your school is not locked out of its own attendance records over a payment date.
What is GatePass, exactly?
What it does on a school day, in plain terms.
What does it cost?
One price per term by student numbers, and a full term free first.
Is the price the same everywhere?
Local currency, local price, and what happens if your country is not listed.
Is it one app or several?
One download for parents, staff, gatekeepers and visitors.
What do we need to buy?
A phone at the gate and printed cards. That is the list.
Does it work when the internet is down?
The gate keeps scanning. Nothing is lost.
Who can see our school’s data?
Your staff by role, parents for their own children, and nobody else.
How long does it take to get running?
About an hour of work, most of it waiting for cards to print.
Can we use more than one gate?
As many as you have, each with its own phone.
