Signing in with your phone number, and what happens if your child is not there.

Download GatePass and choose Parent. Sign in with the phone number you gave the school — you are sent a code by SMS to confirm it is you. You can set a password afterwards so you are not sent a code every time.

Your children appear automatically, matched on that phone number.

If your child is not there

It almost always means the school has a different number for you, or a number with a typo in it. Ask the school office to check the guardian phone number on your child’s record. Once they fix it, your child appears.
