A reminder goes to the parents of students with an outstanding balance — not to the whole school. Families who have paid are not asked again, which is the difference between a reminder people read and one they learn to ignore.

Parents see their own child’s balance in the app at any time: what is owed, what has been paid, and what each charge was for. Most of the questions your office answers at the window are answered there instead.
