Log a delivery

Who brought it, who took it, and where it went.

A delivery is logged at the gate rather than pre-approved — couriers do not book ahead.

1On the gate phone, choose Delivery.
2Record who is delivering and what it is.
3Record who at the school received it.

It appears in the front office’s deliveries list so that when somebody asks whether their parcel arrived, there is an answer that does not depend on anyone remembering.
