Approve or decline a visit request
What you see, what the visitor gets, and what happens at the gate.
A visitor asks for a visit from their phone — who they are, who they want to see, and when. It arrives in your visit requests.
- 1Open Visit requests. Each one shows the visitor, the reason, and the time they asked for.
- 2Approve, move the time, or decline.
- 3On approval the visitor gets a pass on their phone, valid only for that time window.
- 4At the gate the pass is scanned like any other card. Red if they are early, late, or not expected.
A visitor arriving without a pass is not turned away — front office can register them on the spot. It is slower, which is the point: pre-approval is the faster path for everyone.
