Your pass will not scan

Usually the time window, occasionally the screen.

• Check the time. A pass is valid only for the window the school approved. Too early is as invalid as too late.
• Turn your screen brightness up. A dim screen in bright sun cannot be read by the gate camera.
• Check you are at the right school, if you have visited more than one.

If the window has passed, ask the gate to call through to the front office — they can register you on the spot.
